All sales are final, and each pair of sneakers or Clothing is carefully inspected for authenticity and quality before being listed for sale. We do our best to accurately describe the condition of each sneaker or Clothing in our listings, so we encourage customers to review all product details and photos before making a purchase.
In the rare event that a customer receives a pair of sneakers or Clothing that are not as described or are defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will review each case on an individual basis and work towards a resolution that is fair to both parties.
